Vote Z - Greg Zavediuk M.Ed.
Greg grew up on the North Shore and graduated from Hillside Secondary School. He earned a Bachelor of Physical Education (Business) from UBC and a Master of Education (Counselling) from Brandon University. His educational emphasis was leadership and student growth and development.
Greg has eight years of educational administrative experience and proficiency working with policies and procedures, compliance standards, and bylaws at an accredited BC Advanced Education Ministry college. His experience, as a high school teacher and counsellor, allows Greg to understand the support today’s students and educators need to be successful.
Through sport, he has helped students strive for excellence and worked across the country with student athletes ranging from high school to the national elite level. In our community, he was recognized with a Distinguished Service Award and a Provincial Award of Excellence as the Women’s Basketball Head Coach at Capilano College.
Greg’s fundamental focus is communicating effectively with all students, parents and educational stakeholders in order to build relationships and develop positive future outcomes.
